Paula Deen's Old-Fashioned Holiday Glazed Ham. 1 spiral sliced half ham, 1 can pineapple, 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard. Mix glaze in bowl and spoon over ham and bake. Transfer ham and let rest for a few minutes before cutting.

Easter ham- I did this one in the crock pot. I rubbed it with garlic, pepper, and rosemary (spiral sliced, so that I could get the seasonings between the layers). Then I put it in the crock pot with a reduction of apple juice/honey/ground cloves. Sigh.... so good. :)
Healthy Peanut Butter cookies! Only 36 calories per cookie! Ingredients: 1 Cup Peanut butter 1 Cup honey 1 TSP baking soda 1 egg Mix the peanut butter and honey first then add in the egg and baking soda. Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees. They’re delicious! .... Excellent snack idea! (GF)
