1/4 cup Pasteurized egg whites

1 tsp Date paste

1 tbsp Flax seed meal
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Nuts & Seeds

1 tbsp Coconut, unsweetened

Dairy

1/4 cup Greek yogurt, fat free
3 tbsp Vanilla flavored whey protein

1 cup Coconut milk or coconut water

This Lime, Ginger and Coconut Smoothie has just the right amount of everything. It's tangy, tart, creamy and sweet, and it's got a little bit of a zing to it.
