1 28 ounce can Italian crushed tomatoes
1 Onion, small

1 cup Chicken stock

Pasta & Grains

1 lb Pappardelle

Baking & Spices

1 pinch Cinnamon, ground
1 pinch Clove, ground
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 Salt


1 Pecorino romano, Grated

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 cup Red wine, dry
