Grilled Jalapeño Poppers!! Okay, I didn't grill them, but they were AWESOME!! I added chopped scallions to the cream cheese, and boiled the halved, pitted jalapeños for about 5 minutes to soften them and take a bit of the edge off the spice. I baked them on a cooling rack placed on a baking sheet to allow the bacon to get crisp all around. I put them in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes (just keep an eye on them and pull them out when the bacon is crisp). SO YUMMY!!!
