5 1 1/2 lb medium plum tomatoes, medium
1/2 cup Basil, fresh
4 Garlic cloves, medium

11 oz 2 cups bread flour
1 tsp Instant yeast
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 tsp Salt
1 Sea salt or kosher salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Whole wheat flour

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
1/3 cup Olive oil, extra virgin

Dairy

6 oz Fontina cheese
1 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese

Liquids

1 cup Water
