1 Garlic clove
1 Onion

Canned Goods

4 cups Chicken broth, reduced-sodium

Baking & Spices

3/4 tsp Kosher salt

Oils & Vinegars

3 1/2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

1 tbsp Walnuts, toasted

Velvety Carrot Soup with Carrot Top Pesto Recipe. Very yummy and easy. I added some ginger for an extra zing. I love that it uses all parts of the carrots!!
