Coffee Punch Recipe: Pour 1 can of Eagle Brand evaporated milk in large bowl with 1/2 gallon of ice cream (vanilla or chocolate). Pour a 10 to 12 cup pot of hot coffee over & stir to melt ice cream. Put in gallon freezer bags & freeze. Sit out for an hour or until slushy. Pour into punch bowl & enjoy!!
Pioneer Woman's Perfect Iced Coffee- I love iced coffee, and last year started cold-brewing at home. How did I go so long without knowing this? And according to her, you can make up a large batch of concentrate to last a few weeks, instead of cold-brewing a pot every night. This, I've gotta try!
Made this for Hannah's birthday party and it was a hit. I doubled the recipe (except the sugar - in fact it probably doesn't need the sugar at all IMO) and it made 2.5 gallons and every drop was gone. It was delicious and easy to make Savor Home: THE BEST PARTY PUNCH... EVER.
This iced coffee is quick (done in 15 min) and tastes way better than the coffee shop version. Keeps well for weeks in the fridge! @NatashasKitchen
