Balsamic Chocolate Sauce ¾ cup high-quality balsamic vinegar* ¾ cup semisweet chocolate, chopped ¾ cup dark chocolate, chopped 1 tbsp. sugar (preferably confectioners’ – it’ll dissolve faster) Simmer vinegar in a small saucepan, over a medium heat, until it’s reduced to a syrupy state (about 15-20 mins). Remove from heat and stir in chocolate and sugar immediately. Whisk away until you have a smooth, shiny syrup.
