Spaghetti w/Mushrooms 12 oz mushrooms 3 cloves garlic 2 T olive oil ¼ c white wine 8 oz spaghetti 2 T parsley Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic & cook until soft, about 1 minute. Add the sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper and sauté about 2 minutes. Add white wine and cook another 3 minutes. Before draining the pasta reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Drain pasta and toss with mushrooms, parsley and pepper. If pasta is too dry, add a little of the reserved pasta water.
