Frozen Mind Jars- easy to make and great for soothing kids and calming them down. Great for time out time, too!

chill-out jar : water, food coloring and glitter. Shake the jar and give to your child, they have to sit and watch the jar until the glitter settles. Good alternative to old fashioned "time out" !!!

Mind jar...helps calm kids/time-out alternative. mix 1 tablespoon glitter glue per 1 cup hot water, add extra glitter. Shake jar and have kids sit and watch it until glitter falls to bottom...very soothing.

Timeout Bottle / Focus Jar :: shake out their frustrations and watch the glitter settle to help calm down. When the glitter settles, they can come out of time out!

All you need to create these fantastic looking night lanterns is some jars, glow stick and diamond glitter. The process is as easy as it can be – open the jar, shake the content of the glow stick into it and add the diamond glitter. Close the top of the jar with a lid and shake it well. Enjoy a romantic backyard dinner under the light of the “Fireflies” in the jars!
