The Rotunda of the Virginia Capitol (Richmond) displays a life-size statue of George Washington, created by French artist Jean-Antoine Houdon. The statue is the only one that Washington actually posed for.

Today, this mansion is preserved as a museum, but in its heyday, it served as George Washington's headquarters during the Revolutionary War.

The George Washington Masonic National Memorial, Alexandria, Virginia. The Square and Compasses, a large Masonic symbol built of concrete, was added to the memorial in 1999.
