Baked pumpkin seeds is our autumn tradition! Clean seeds throughly by running warm water over them in a colander. When clean, pat with a paper towel to remove some of the water. Put seeds in a large bowl and mix with canola oil and salt. There should be a very light coating of oil and salt on each seed. Spread seeds on baking pan and bake until light to medium golden brown. Let cool and then enjoy!
