Take a glow stick, cut the top off and dump the contents into a jar (we used an empty baby food jar). We used just one glow stick ~ next time I'll use 2 or 3 for a bigger impact. The contents are non-toxic but be careful because it will stain your clothing.For sleepovers or camping :)
