"I wish" writing activity.

Popcorn game. Facts are on yellow laminated construction paper and they go in the handy dandy 1$ popcorn container from Target. Mixed in are pieces that say "pop". Once they draw a pop card all of their collected pieces go back in the container. The player with the most popcorn wins

Roll-a-story! Students roll a character and a setting and write a narrative. Great for a writing center!

Popcorn Words... Easy and fun! Write sight words on piece of paper, crumple up and put into popcorn container. Child picks a piece, reads it & writes it! Check out the blog post for a FREE recording sheet.
