1 tsp Thyme, fresh
1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
1 Zucchini (about 8 ounces), medium

Baking & Spices

1 Pepper, Freshly ground
1/4 tsp Salt, coarse

Oils & Vinegars

5 tsp Olive oil, extra-virgin


2 oz Cantal or cheddar cheese


2 Vine-ripened or other ripe tomatoes (about 3/4 pound), sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Potato, Zucchini and Tomato Gratin....yummmm! I'm making this tonight for dinner along with beer can grilled chicken. Delish!
