I'm thinking about hiding Ashton's Easter basket at the end of a yarn scavenger hunt. - Tie a piece of yarn to the basket's handle and place the basket in its hiding place. - Take the yarn, winding around various objects. (Can be done inside or outside) Make the yarn chriss-cross itself for more fun. - When you come to the beginning, tie the string off (cut the excess) and add a note saying "Start here" or maybe something more clever. Shouldn't be done outside on a windy day.

rainbow treasure hunt! The Easter bunny would do this for us –except, each skein of yarn was wrapped around the room individually, leading to personalized gift bags.
