Good, but a but dry and I baked at 325, followed recipe. Looking for a more even textured cake.
Not dry at all very moist. We all bake differently
lovely aroma - mine got a teeny-bit browner than I would have preferred before it was done - less than 50min!!! Had a piece stick to the bottom of the pan when I turned it out but 'cemented' it back with some of the lemon glaze! Seems very moist - will know tomorrow when the guests arrive :)

Never turned out dry extremely moist. Try using cake flour or adjusting your stove temperature because everyone's stove is different.
