quiet critters-when you decide it is important for students to be quiet pass out quiet critters- take them away from students who talk. At the end of the activity anyone who still has a quiet critter gets a prize, point, whatever you use. (How cute are they??)
Quiet Critters! They live in a sound proof jar and only come out when the classroom is completely quiet. They have no mouths so they don't talk and like quiet. They don't like to be touched, they just want to sit on your desk to see what you are doing and become smarter. Critters can even disappear if class is to loud.. Make it fun with random stories about critters..
