GRILLED POTATOES Cut potatoes 1/4-inch thick. Toss the potatoes with olive oil. Add salt & pepper to taste. With grill on medium, lay slices directly onto grill; Cover. Cook until the potatoes are golden on one side, 6 - 10 minutes, making sure they don't burn and adjusting heat if needed. Turn over cooking til tender inside when pierced with a fork, but slightly crisp golden brown on the outside.
