Veg balls in hot garlic sauce

1/2 inch Ginger

2 tbsp Onion or spring onions/scallions

1/2 cup Spring onions/scallions

Condiments

3 tbsp Schezuan sauce, homemade
3/4 tbsp Soya sauce
2 tbsp Tomato sauce

Baking & Spices

2 tbsp All purpose flour/maida
1/2 tsp Black pepper or black pepper powder or white pepper, powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder or freshly crushed black pepper
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 Pepper & salt as required, ground
3 tbsp Red chili paste
1 Salt
3 Schezuan pepper
1 Sugar & salt as required
