Korean Style Short Ribs (Crockpot) by ItsJoelen, via Flickr -- My grocery store doesn't have short ribs, so I used stew meat- will use something a bit more tender next time. I also ran out of ginger (I use so much!) and the store thave that, either. But overall, these were good. I wish the sauce thickened a bit; I will take the lid off the crockpot for an hour or so at the end to reduce it.
