1 can Green chilies
1 Green pepper, medium
1/2 lb Mushrooms, fresh
1 Onion, medium
3 tsp Oregano, dried
1 can Tomatoes
1 Zucchini, small

Condiments

2 cans (8 ounces each) no-salt-added tomato sauce, no-salt-added

Baking & Spices

3 tbsp Chili powder
2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp White wine vinegar

Nuts & Seeds

2 tsp Cumin, ground
