Bacon-Wrapped Smokies w/ Brown Sugar 1 lb Bacon 1 lb Lil’ Smokies (small sausages) 1 stick Butter 2 c. Brown Sugar Preheat oven to 375F Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each smokie. Place wrapped smokies in single layer in baking dish. Melt butter and cup of brown sugar, stir until mixed well. Pour butter/brown sugar mix over top. Sprinkle other cup of brown sugar evenly over top. Bake 15-20 mins, then turn heat up to 400F for ~ 5 mins until bacon is crispy.
