THE SLEEP DOCTOR'S SLEEP SLIM SMOOTHIE - Doze off and keep your metabolism burning through the night with this delicious bedtime drink: 1 cup tart cherry juice, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup soy milk or 4-6 oz soy yogurt (if using soy yogurt, add an additional 1/2 cup fat-free milk), 5 ice cubes, 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract. RED VELVET SMOOTHIE | Vegan, gluten free, high in fiber, and bursting with yummy, chocolate cherry flavor: 1 c. hemp milk, 1 tsp. cocoa powder, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1/2 banana, 10-12 fresh or frozen Bing cherries (pits removed), 2 tsp. ground flax, 2 Tbsp. hemp protein powder. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
