Cute! Buy plastic animals from dollar store, cut in half, spray paint gold, and glue magnet on bottom.

CRAFT / DIY: Just hot glue magnets (or use the magnet strips with a sticky side) to some interesting forks you picked up from a garage sale or the dollar store. This will be making an appearance in my kitchen very soon.

DIY Gold Alphabet Fridge Magnets

Take a regular artist palette (from an art store) then apply few coatings of magnetic paint (make sure you stir it REALLY well!). Then add a couple coats of chalkboard paint. The magnets are just acrylic paint that I squirted over tiny rare earth magnets, then let dry in whatever shape they were in!

Once fabric is stiffened it can be used on walls, made in to boxes etc. without the need for glue, tape etc.!
