10 oz Button mushrooms, white
3 Garlic cloves
1 cup Onion
2 lbs Spinach, fresh
1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh leaves

Refrigerated

1 lb Tofu, firm

Breakfast Foods

1/2 cup Rolled oats

Condiments

2 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Freshly milled black pepper
1 Paprika
1 Pinch Red pepper flakes, hot
3/4 tsp Sea salt
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt, coarse
3 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 cup Whole wheat pastry flour or whole spelt flour

Oils & Vinegars

7 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/3 cup Sesame oil or pure olive oil plus more, light

Liquids

1/3 cup Soy milk or water, unflavored
2 tbsp White wine or water, dry
