Website for calculating what time you should go to bed depending on what time you have to get up. It's not based on how many hours of sleep you need but rather where in the cycle you would wake up. Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling tired and groggy, but waking up in between cycles lets you wake up feeling refreshed and alert!
Find out when to go to sleep to wake up at the best time for your body... I wonder if this is legit. If so, I could set my alarm for a time to go to sleep & a time to wake up. I should keep in mind that it takes about 15 mins of lying in bed to actually fall asleep.
Interesting. . . a calculator that tells you the best times to fall asleep depending on what time you need to wake up in the morning- based on sleep cycles. I really love my sleep! (I looked it up for tonight - I missed the first one which would have had me sleeping 9 hours and so the next one has me sleeping 7 hours)
Thought some people may find this useful this time of year ;)
