Excellent loaf shaping video. "...Hey Thomas, you post a lot of bread videos, WTF man?" Yes I do. That's because I know that the more times you see something, from as many different perspectives as possible, the better understanding of it you have. I love bread a lot too, that has a lot to do with it. But mostly I think that by watching all of the bread videos I have posted, anyone can become a master.
Croissant & Petit Pain Au Chocolat- I know I have had Croissants on here before, and already have posted another today, but this video was quite detailed. Plus, she has an accent. And, as we all know, chefs with accents are more trustworthy sources.
