    pRETTY bAD, BEEN COOKING 6 HRS. AND IT LOOKS LIKEA SMALL STEW NOT at all like the picture that is pictured here. Maybe the chicken should be braised first and maybe pineapple preserves instead of juice. along with small amt of soy sauce and brown sugar.

    I made this dish and it does not create a glaze. Nice flavor, but very disappointing.

    I bet it needs a little cornstarch stirred in with the with the juice, sugar and soy sauce? I might try it based on the "Nice flavor" comment
