500 g Kartoffel(n), festkochend 2 m.-große Zwiebel(n), gehackt
1 EL Senf 125 ml Brühe, heiß, ca. Salat sollte nicht schwimmen!
1 Msp. Muskat Salz
Pfeffer Essig (Weißweinessig)
