If someone decides they'd rather spend their time creating art, helping people, or simply being with their families instead of going to the gym every free minute they can find, who are you to judge them? Who are you to condemn them for not being what you consider an "acceptable size"? Who are you to assume they must be unhealthy? Love who you are.

I took a class on positive psychology and many of these are backed up by research i've read. Also studies show keeping a journal is helpful particularly when we write the negatives down, something in the process of writing helps many people let go of what has bothered them.
