6 3/4 oz All-purpose flour, unbleached
3 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
1 Kosher salt
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground white pepper

Oils & Vinegars

8 cups Canola oil
1 Malt vinegar

Liquids

1 1/4 cups Water
