Creamy Chicken & Rice Casserole
Crock-Pot Chicken & Noodles-- Crock Pot -- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts--2 cans cream chicken soup--1 stick butter--2 15oz cans chicken broth--24oz frozen egg noodles---Cook chicken, soup, butter, broth in crock-pot, low 6-7 hrs--Take chicken out & shred--put back in, + noodles, cook low 2 hr-- Stir few times while cooking--can serve over mashed potatoes
Angel Chicken: 2-4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 packet Italian dressing mix, 4 oz cream cheese, 3 Tbsp butter, 1 can Cream of Chicken, 3/4 cup chicken broth. Place chicken in crock pot. Combine Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, butter, soup and broth. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta.
