Clean pans - wow. 1/4 cup of baking soda in a small glass bowl and squirt in hydrogen peroxide until it makes a nice paste. Then rub it on the offending dirt/stain/grease. Use fingers or sponge.

cleaning nasty pots and pans. works for stainless steal, a drop or two of dish soap, coat the bottom of the pan with a bit of baking soda, add a bit of water and heat on stove until simmer. dump hot water in sink and then add a bit more baking soda then scrub.
