8 lbs Beef brisket
1 Wood chick's brisket bbq sauce


1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup Onions


1/3 cup Chili sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 tsp Hot sauce
1 cup Ketchup
3 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1 cup Mustard, yellow
1 tbsp Mustard, dry
1 cup Tomato sauce
1 Wood chick's beer based mop sauce
1 Wood chick's mustard sauce
5 tbsp Worcester sauce

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Allspice
1 tbsp Bbq dry rub
2 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
1 tsp Black pepper, coarsely ground
3/4 cup Brown sugar, dark
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Sea salt

Oils & Vinegars

3/4 cup Cider vinegar
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup White vinegar


2 tbsp Butter

Beer, Wine & Liquor

12 oz Beer


1/4 cup Water


6 cups Hickory chips
