12 cup Baby spinach
1 lb Fingerling or baby yukon gold potatoes
2/3 cup Flat-leaf parsley
3 clove(s) Garlic
1 Lemon, Zest and juice of large
6 Plum tomatoes

Condiments

2 tbsp Capers

Baking & Spices

1 Pepper, Freshly ground
1/2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

6 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
3 tbsp Sherry vinegar
