Honey Butter Pork Tenderloin-heat Le c dutch oven over medium heat. Mix 1 T salt free A's creole seasoing, 1 t salt, pepper. Cover pork tenderloin. Add 2 T honey, 1 T butter, 1 1/2 T evoo to hot pan. Saute pork for 5 min. per side. Put pan in preheated 375 oven for 20 minutes. Remove pork and add 1/2 cup water to pan and simmer until thicker - serve over meat.
