Attention is our primary need - best we start with our bodies...
I do this in reps of 15 on an exercise ball. Rest your heels on the ball and push your pelvis up so you are straight, then roll the ball up under you keeping your core as firm as possible then back out again. I can definitely notice a different in my glutes and hams. I try to mix it up with 15 of those, 15 push ups, then 15 crunches and repeat the whole series 3 or 4 times.
