Roasted Chicken and Veggies: Place 1 whole chicken into roasting pan & drizzle with EVOO. Season with Salt, Pepper & Garlic Pepper. Stuff cavity of chicken with carrots & celery pieces. Place additional vegetables of choice around the chicken (carrots, broccoli, red onions, celery, potatoes, sweet potatoes, ect...), drizzle them with EVOO & season them with the salt/pepper/garlic pepper mixture as well. Cover veggies with tin foil & bake for 3 - 3 1/2 hours at 325 until chicken is done.
