7 Garlic clove
4 Red onions
2 Rosemary, Leaves from fresh sprigs
2 Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch thick slices
4 Thyme, Leaves from fresh sprigs
1 sprig Thyme, fresh
1/2 bunch Thyme, fresh

Canned Goods

2 cups Chicken or beef broth, canned


3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Horseradish, fresh or prepared

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 cup Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
2 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1/2 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin


1 Butter
6 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
