Dr. Oz Chickpea Muffins Ingredients 1 can or 2 cups boiled chickpeas 2 grated carrots 2 tsp nutritional yeast 2 tsp poppy seeds 1 tsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1) Mix all of the ingredients (except poppy seeds) until you get a doughy consistency. 2) Evenly drop spoonfuls of dough into muffin pan. 3) Top with poppy seeds. 4) Bake for 30 min at 350F
