1 Onion, chopped (about 1 cup), large
1 Potato, peeled and cut into cubes (about 1 cup), medium
5 Sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds), medium

6 cups Swanson chicken broth, Regular

Condiments

1/3 cup Maple-flavored syrup

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp White pepper, ground

2 tbsp Light cream

Roasting the sweet potatoes for this soup deepens their flavor, and when combined with broth, vegetables and maple syrup, you've got an amazing soup that gets better with every bite.
