Garlic for a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). I used to suffer from UTI's. The quickest and most effective way I have found is to cut up a clove of garlic and eat it however you can. (w/ cottage cheese, on toast, etc.) Follow it with a glass of water. (yes, it makes you pee more, but the garlic will kick in.) Do this a few times or more the first day and a couple of times the next day. IT WORKS!
