1 Onion, small
1 Red bell pepper
3 (15 ounce) cans Tomatoes
1 Zucchini, medium

Condiments

1 (15 ounce) can Tomato sauce

Pasta & Grains

1/2 cup Quinoa

Baking & Spices

2 tbsp Chili powder
1 Salt and black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1 tbsp Cumin, ground

Liquids

1 cup Water
