Creamy Cauliflower Garlic Rice — healthy recipe - 4 Points plus per serving.

Serves 4 and is 3 WW points per serving. I left the full fat cheddar in as this is a low in point soup. I did take out 1 tablespoon of EVOO. I figure you only need the 1 tablespoon to roast the cauliflower. You can cook the veggies with a few sprays of Pam (0 points). The recipe builder on WW does make califlower points, so be careful as it will add 1 point to your serving if you use the builder.
