The actual recipe, when you click through, says to use 1/2 cup SALT, not sugar.
@Kim Frankenhoff It says salt OR sugar, actually.
@Elizabeth Houde, but the picture on the website shows what happens when you use sugar. It makes more of a powder, and it's not sparkly.
