This is the one that I modified using 2 cups of shredded 3 cheese by Kraft and using the potatoes O'brien by Ore-Ida. I upped the sour cream to 16 ounces.
breakfast casserole w/ ham 8x8 pan: 2 Tbsp butter 8 oz frozen diced hash browns 1 1/2 cup diced ham 1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese 3 eggs 1/3 cup milk salt & pepper Melt butter in the oven at 425. Once melted, add the potatoes & pat down lightly. Cook 20-25 minutes. Beat together eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Reduce oven temp to 350. Sprinkle potatoes with ham, cheese, then pour the egg mixture over the top. Cook 30 minutes.
Ultra Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole-could add some crispy bacon or other ingredients to make more "Waffle Housy!"

Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole W/Ham 1 - (26 oz) bag frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes 1 - 8 oz container sour cream 1 - 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup 1/2 - cup butter, melted onion, chopped fine (about 1/2 a small onion) 1 - 16 oz package cubed ham (I used Farmland $2.50 @ Super Walmart) 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a bit more if you like)
