1 Sweet Potato 1 Can of Pumpkin (Organic is better.) Dash of Cinnamon Scoop of Walnuts Directions: Combine then Mash Sweet Potato & Pumpkin. Sprinkle Cinnamon according to personal taste. Fold in Walnuts to your preference. (I like a lot!) Heat in microwave or oven.
