Chicken Teriyaki. I cooked this March 28 2012. It was soooo good. We ate our plates and my hubby went to the kitchen and said "no more chicken?" I felt bad, next time I'll cook more. I used vodka and red wine vinegar instead of sake and rice wine and used cut up chicken breast instead of thighs. I also let it marinate for 45 minutes instead of 20 min. Very good. Defiantly will make this again!
