Sheffield Park, East Sussex Another shot taken on a beautiful afternoon in late May at Sheffield Park, a National Trust Garden in East Sussex. Like Nymans, it is an easy cab ride from the Haywards Heath Rail Station on the main line between London, Gatwick and Brighton, and makes a nice day trip out from London. Mottisfont Abbey (National Trust): Amazing rose garden May/June. Beautiful streams, grounds and interesting early 20th century British paintings. Rex Whistler murals. V. much worth a visit.
